Understanding Mama-flow: Start your journey with an enlightening workshop focused on comprehending Mama-flow and its core elements. This session serves as an orientation to the practices involved, helping you assess if Mama-flow aligns with your current needs. Feel free to inquire about any aspect and delve into the intricacies of Mama-flow.

Day-Long Immersion Session.

Full-Day Meditation Journey: Embark on an enriching exploration of Mama-meditation throughout a comprehensive day-long training session. This immersive program emphasizes holistic well-being, integrating the transformative practice of Mama-meditation with a mindful approach to nurturing the body and mind.

Three-Day Immersion.

Embarking on Mama-move with Mama-cook Integration and Mama-meditation Practice: Immerse yourself in a transformative three-day training program centered around Mama-move. In addition to Mama-cook integration, you'll also engage in the practice of Mama-meditation throughout your study of Mama-move. This immersive experience enhances physical well-being and fosters a deeper connection with mind and body.

Seven-Day Integration Retreat.

Embracing All Aspects of Mama-flow: Conclude your training with a seven-day integration retreat that encompasses all facets of Mama-flow. Retreat to a serene environment outside your usual surroundings and fully immerse yourself in Mama-meditation, Mama-move, and Mama-cook practices. This comprehensive program offers a profound opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation.

Schedule of Mama-meditation Classes

Full-Day Program of Mama-meditation Study.

Conditions of participation: Bring along 2 ripe sweet fruits and some flowers (one is sufficient). The significance of this requested provision will be explained during the study. Familiarize yourself with the information provided on the Mama-flow website.

9:00 - 9:30: Registration and welcome of participants.

9:30 - 10:30: Introductory session: Introduction to the principles of Mama-meditation and basic preparatory techniques. Discussion on personal expectations and goals.

10:30 - 11:00: Break for refreshments. Participants are recommended to bring their own snacks and lunch according to individual preferences.

11:00 - 12:30: First practical part: Practice of basic elements of Mama-meditation and initial experience.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch: Participants can enjoy their brought meals following the principles of Mama-cook.

13:30 - 15:00: Second practical part: Studying of Mama-meditation technique and individual consultations.

15:00 - 15:30: Rest and relaxation.

15:30 - 17:00: Closing session: Collective practice of Mama-meditation. Summary and sharing of experiences. Discussion on next steps and integration of Mama-meditation into daily life.

17:00: End of the program and free time for further exploration of the topic of Mama-meditation.

This program offers a detailed introduction to Mama-meditation while providing space for individual movement and growth in the realm of meditation and consciousness. Join us and discover your inner balance.

Please note that the plan is only indicative and may change according to the development of the situation during the training. The aim is for each student to gain 100% confidence that they truly master and understand all aspects of Mama-meditation.
