INTRODUCING MAMA-MOVE

  • Mama-move serves as both gymnastics and a healing practice. It's a multi-level, simple, and natural exercise flow performed effortlessly, allowing all parts of the body to relax and gently align, while the entire body is evenly filled with movement and necessary elasticity.

  • During Mama-move, all muscle groups, spine, joints, and internal organs are exercised. The focus during the learning process of Mama-move is on the movement itself, its source, and how it spreads throughout the body.

  • Mama-move isn't a set of exercises but rather movement performed with an individual rhythm, trajectory, and range, reflecting the psycho-physical state of the individual at any given time. Each movement is selected and reproduced individually. One literally "follows" their body, listens to internal sensations, and begins to better understand and feel themselves, their inseparable connection with the external world.

  • Through regular practice of Mama-move – walking, running, swimming, dancing, or any movement – unnecessary stereotypes and constantly maintained tension are released. As a result, movements become precise, fluid, and entirely natural; fatigue diminishes significantly, healing occurs, and the range and repertoire of movements one can perform dramatically increase.

  • Practicing Mama-move doesn't require any special conditions regarding equipment, location, duration, clothing, or age. It can be done at home or outdoors in any season and almost any weather condition, both individually and in groups, for example, with the whole family.
